The chance to enjoy some of the best films of recent years such as The Shawshank
Redemption, Pleasantville and The Truman Show for instance, and then to
chat with others about what struck you about the film. As well as being
funny and entertaining, inspiring or disturbing, films such as these often
explore deeper themes such as hope and forgiveness, destiny and choice and
get us thinking in fresh ways about what’s going on in our own life
and the world around us.
